Our web-based database contains 1,500 requirements for an effective ERP system! You select your must-have, should-have and nice-to-have requirements from this database. In the subproject “Interfaces” we also include all relevant ERP peripheral systems.

Our tender documents are available in a standardized format. If desired, we can carry out the entire tendering process according to your specifications.

Evaluation and contracts.

We use standardized utility analyses and evaluation procedures helping you and key the user team to select the right provider.

On request, we can advise you on drafting (or reviewing) order, work, and service contracts and negotiate with suppliers on your behalf.

Detailed concepts and project management.

We draw up the project plan and system requirements together with the system provider, as well as the data models for implementation.

We maintain the list of outstanding tasks, chair the weekly meetings, and demand delivery of the deliverables in an incorruptible but pragmatic manner.

Module and integration tests.

There is particularly high demand for this expertise. Whether you need scripts or concepts for functional or integration tests, we are your integration test managers with a collection of 700 test cases.

Cutover planning.

The transition to „go live“ requires good, standardized planning, extensive experience, a plan B and an emergency plan.

Post go live support.

Even with the most intensive testing and the best cut-over planning, everything never works right away in the first three weeks. We support the key users until all functions are working as defined.

Acceptance.

Acceptance is the keystone. This is where expectations and achievements come together. And this is where addendum management begins. Under our guidance, acceptance is carried out in accordance with the contractually agreed criteria using defined and weighted severity codes, with the involvement of superusers.
